In the Romy dress, traditional hand smocking and classic peter pan collar come together with contemporary short, puffed sleeves and flared skirt, to create the ultimate celebration dress. Bright red, hand embroidered roses and zig-zagged smocking pop against the navy and fir green brushed tartan, and the dress is complete with a white peter pan collar edged in matching emerald tartan piping.
The dresses are lined in cotton to create a perfect flare for twirling and dancing like everybody’s watching. The Romy has fabric covered buttons that fasten at the back, and an attached sash tie at the waist (12 months+), which is a good test for the best bow-tier in the family.
